GUARANTEE AND RETURN POLICY
Your satisfaction is important to us and is 100% Guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied with any merchandise for any reason, simply return the product within 60 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, excluding processing and handling. 

 

To return an item, we request that you first contact us at (800) 431-8995 Monday through Friday 8am to 8pm EST or Saturday and Sunday from 10am to 6pm EST to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) and return instructions. Postage costs you incur to return an item are non-refundable. Unauthorized or hand delivered returns will not be accepted.

Who is covered by this warranty 

 

This warranty is extended to the original end-user purchaser of CaraMia via www.CaraMiaBra.com only and is non-transferrable. 

What we will not do 

We will not pay shipping, insurance or transportation charges from you to us, or any import fees, duties and taxes unless clearly stated at the time of purchase. 

What to do to obtain warranty service 

To obtain warranty service for CaraMia you must follow the following procedures: 

1. Contact CaraMia Product Support to confirm warranty eligibility and obtain specific return and shipping instructions.

b. Customer Support e-mail - CaraMia@customerstatus.com

2. Return CaraMia with proof of purchase. You may be asked to complete a warranty service request form and submit with your CaraMia

3. Label and ship the product, freight prepaid, to the address provided. 

4. Place any necessary return authorization number prominently on the outside of the return packaging. Return packaging not bearing a return authorization number may be refused.

 

Other items to note regarding your CaraMia warranty 

 

Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item. Warranties on products are void after having been fully refunded the paid product price. 

 

Exclusions and limitations 

 

THE PROVISIONS OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY ARE IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH CARAMIA AND STATE OUR ENTIRE LIABILITY AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES RELATING TO THEM. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, THE CARAMIA IS PROVIDED WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF ANY KIND, WRITTEN OR ORAL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS OR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ACTUAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Other than as permitted by law, we do not limit, exclude or suspend other rights you may have. For a full understanding of your rights you should consult the laws of your state.
